Absolutely disgusting verification system. Left because was rejected 10 times after providing good photos from my side and clear selfie.

Alert! App is full of scammers and muzz team is involved even i reported to them but they blocked my sccount instead of taking any action. They are boys with female I'd even she did the video call with me her video was blurr means they have some software to use. She first said i liked you and going to delete this app but she blocked as soon as we exchanged whatsapp then she said i am coming to meet you but i have little issue with car and need to fix this but I don't have money if you can give 65$ but as soon as i send the money she blocked me on whatsapp and when i shared the details with muzz they blocked me too. They all are involved into this. Please don't waste your time and money on these apps.

They blocked my account by saying that you are married. Are you for really.? I even emailed them that i am single but they said no you are married. Does this make sense.? I am single and never been married in life and recently purchased the annual membership to find someone but once you buy annual membership you will start getting less matches and after some days they blocked my account. Pathetic

The developer of this app is a misogynist. His emails blame females for the lack of success- claiming they are catfishing by wearing too much makeup, using filters . Meanwhile -where the blame on the male side ? Gross

Be careful ! They steal people’s identity and banking info. They are from Pakistan and they spay for Pakistani Government.

Mostly all profiles are fake or non responsive even if you match with them these men just view your profile and never say salaam or just want to talk dirty. This is why I deleted this app as a female in her 20s it’s these apps that give us access to the worst kind of men. Stricter background checks needed

This app ask for your email address, phone number, and photos, and on top of that it do face recognition. Why all that? I really take my privacy seriously and I did not sing up.

During setup could not even get paste the picture upload screen. App may have been renamed but technical bugs are still the same as always

This app is just like every other dating app. You only get showed the type of women or guys that you want if you’re a gold member. However if you’re not a gold member, you’re just gonna get a generic list of people that aren’t really your type. Literally the type of females I was shown when I was a gold member where the exact type of woman I was interested in, and of course they’ll know through the algorithm, but once I became a standard user, I rarely came across the type of woman I’m interested in.

I feel compelled to share my experience with Muzz Gold membership—it was extremely disappointing. The app shows many blurred profiles to seem like it has millions of users, but after paying, you’ll find only a few hundred real ones. After two weeks, I got messages saying no more users available. It’s a deceptive scheme using religious branding to gain trust and profit. Beware before subscribing—it feels like a well-planned scam.

It seems odd that there aren’t enough people using this app considering the fact a lot of people on other platforms mention being on it. I don’t know if the app doesn’t have any more accounts or if it hides certain people with in my filters. It seems very unfortunate because even though I barely have any filters set and have paid for an upgrade, I keep seeing the same people on repeat. I am also traveling out of country and would like to match with someone with in the US but I will not be shown to them due to my location.

Got banned for no reason after I purchased a subscription

Every time i had a match i need to delete the app and download it again to make it appear in my mach list bad experience till now in this thing

Waste of time, and terrible. It’s been 2 years since I tried again. I don’t know why I took the time to download again. Worse than the time I first got this app.

The app has a solid concept but it definitely needs some tech upgrades.. for one there’s no dark mode which is a bit of a letdown, but the real kicker is that most features are locked behind a paywall.. you can’t even see who liked you unless you shell out for a subscription! Kinda frustrating tbh.

I passed lots of people and they keep showing up again, that’s waste of time. Please dis and I will fix my review

Polygyny is halal. What’s the point of having “Married” as an option and when selected you’re automatically banned permanently because Muzz is for “singles only”. The app developers are coconuts who go against the Qur’an and Sunnah.

There is not enough people on this app and the ones that are don’t take it serious. It could make your chance of marriage worse by making feel like there is something wrong with you but it is not your fault. I promise you if you put yourself out there and go the extra mile in real life you will find. The app is a good tool to try but don’t count on it and don’t let it bring you down. Real life is always the best way and the sure way to find. Allah bless you all in your quest for marriage.

This app does not prioritize the safety of Muslim women. I reported a user with clear evidence of dishonesty—he's married and lied about his education. Despite sending the evidence via email, I received no response, while another platform took immediate action. It's disappointing to see such a lack of accountability.

It’s stupid that you can only have 10 conversations. Why are they controlling it…

The app falls short compared to Salam, as it seems more focused on making money. They might claim they’re trying to help and keep things halal, but at the end of the day, it feels like a cash grab. For example, Salam offers a 24-hour boost, while Muzz only gives you an hour—clearly designed to push you into buying more boosts. Plus, there’s no good reason for profiles to be blurred. While I respect the privacy aspect, it defeats the purpose of matching if you have to guess what someone looks like or go through the process of asking them to unblur. That said, the app itself is decent overall, but the way boosts are monetized is disappointing. You already have to pay for Gold, then spend extra on boosts that only last an hour—on top of seeing half the profiles blurred. I know others have voiced the same concerns, and the team usually responds with vague, PR-style answers. Still, someone needs to say it: Make boosts more worthwhile for the money users spend.

If you’re a serious practicing Muslim, I honestly don’t recommend these apps at all. Majority of people aren’t serious and it takes an emotional toll on you. These apps are only destroying this ummah and what marriage is supposed to mean. I would recommend people to get out and be more involved at your local mosques and communities. That’s the only way to network and get to know people.

This app use to be good but its useless now. This app will only play with your nerves and make you hate it! People are busy with work, family and problems, you cant expect people to reply each other within 24 hours so they dont get unmatched, and when they are unmatched you ask for money to rematch them again, thats not a good way to treat your users, You try to bring people back to the app, but when you go to the app and see everyones unmatched, it like what kind of app is this??? Makes you not wanna use it anymore. Limited to only having conversations with 6 people at a time, but some people might not be able to reply a until a week or month later, while you want to talk to other people it wont allow you to match with anyone else. After like 10 swipe they slam you with their premium plan, like bro give me a chance come on. Even tinder gives more free swipes Conclusion: they limit you in so many ways in hopes to sell you premium plan, but by doing that they push people away, they rush you, it pisses of people, and they are not a generous at all, so will definitely be switching soon. To many limitations Too pushy with selling premium Not genuine with free version. Not a way to attract people, you push people away!

Muzz is a complete waste of time and money. The app is filled with fake profiles, inactive users, and scammers pretending to be interested. Most of the so-called “matches” either never reply or are just looking for attention, not serious relationships. Even worse, Muzz constantly pushes paid upgrades, but they don’t improve the experience—just more fake profiles and pointless swiping. It feels like the app is designed to keep people stuck rather than helping them find real connections. If you’re serious about finding someone, avoid Muzz. It’s just another money-making scheme with little to no real value. I wasted my 6 months on this app don’t even find one valuable match.

I have a lot of likes that I can't get to without subscribing. This app doesn't care about halal. All it cares about is profit. In other apps, even without subscribing, you can return the like, but in this app, they deter you from returning the like. It's a stingy app that doesn't deserve support. By the way, I'm tired of subscribing because you won't benefit from this app even after subscribing.

I paid for gold membership to filter profiles for few days it worked but then stop working. I contacted them and asked them to fix no reply so I logged out of it will resolve the issue when logged back in my gold membership was not there anymore and app was asking me to pay again. What a joke this app is.

It’s absurd that I’d have to pay $20/week just to like back a profile that has liked me. This is one of the most basic functions of a matchmaking app - to make matches. What is the point of someone liking me and the app sending a notification “XYZ liked you!” If I can’t like them back. Makes me wonder how many people I have liked that can’t like me back. Unserious and doesn’t fulfill its stated goal.

Like expiring is the worst feature. They are only making bad features to get more money

It was okay at the beginning but the social side being added made it even worse. Social side of the app is full of gender war posts, insecure anonymous posts, and Muslims cussing out in the comments here and there. Marriage side just died after adding social side and it noticeable zeroed down the likes and matches for me. Males cannot see likes unless they pay so your likes are just sent nowhere unless males have paid memberships or females being noticed by sending them direct compliments with paid membership.

This app is waste of time and all they’re doing is charging you every month subscription. I have been on this app for three years and it don’t make any sense cause people in here is just insane. I feel like it’s a scam.

This app is set up extremely unfair and borderline discriminatory between male and female users. For men, you can’t see who likes your profile without gold and you are only given 15 swipes in a day. For women, they are able to see who likes their profile and they are given 30 likes in a day. How does that make sense? It seems like they are restricting men’s access to force them to buy into their extremely overpriced gold subscription. Girls have no need for it when they are already given the most useful premium features that men would have to pay for: more swipes and the ability to see who liked your profile. This app gets nothing more than a 1 star. I am shocked at such discriminatory treatment between men and women who are both using this “Islamic” app to find a spouse, when in reality, this app is just taking advantage of them and capitalising on their circumstances. Bloody joke.
